Who can see your information

  • Your name, profile content, photos, and reviews are visible to other Dinkum users as part of how the platform works.
  • Your email address and mobile number are not shown publicly and are not shared with other users except where you choose to share them yourself in a message.
  • Your address is used to determine your service area and is not displayed publicly.
  • Dinkum's platform operator (Wallaby Group Pty Ltd) can access account information for the purpose of managing the platform, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

How we store and protect your information

Your data is stored securely using a managed cloud database service. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your information

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account exists. If your account is deactivated, your information is retained so that your review history remains intact and your account can be reactivated.
